Pumpkin Spice Latte


  • 2 Rooibos Chai tea bags
  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Whipped cream


  1. In a medium saucepan, mix the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg, making sure to mash the ingredients together.
  2. Add in the milk, brown sugar, and tea bags, stirring until the sugar has fully dissolved, let simmer for 5-8 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and remove the tea bags.
  4. Add in vanilla extract and stir until all ingredients are fully combined. 
  5. Pop mixture into a milk frother and bring to a nice frothy texture. 
  6. Pour into your favorite mug, top with a swirl of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon and enjoy!
