Pineapple Peach Zen-fusion
Makes two servings.
2 sachets or 2 heaping teaspoon of Pineapple Oolong Quench tea
1 teaspoon of sugarr
1.5 cups coconut water
½ peach, cut into wedges
Fresh mint sprigs for serving
1. Mix sugar into coconut water until dissolved. Add tea and peach. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
2. Remove tea and discard. Serve over ice and garnish with mint.
