Made with our organic Pick Me Up tea, this beachy iced tea infusion is best paired with salty air and sandy toes.

Picky Piña Colada

Makes two servings.

2 sachets or 1 heaping teaspoon of Pick Me Up tea
2 cups of water
2 tsp. shredded coconut
2 tsp. banana chips, chopped
½ cup pineapple juice
Sweetener of choice (Optional)

1. Steep tea, shredded coconut, and banana chips in boiling water for 3 minutes. Strain, reserving liquid.
2. Add pineapple juice and let cool.
3. Pour over ice and sweeten to taste.
